According to the paper author rate policy, one registration fee covers only one accepted paper. At least one author of each accepted paper must register for SVCC 2027 at the author registration rate by April 15, 2027. After this final deadline, we will not include your paper in the final conference proceedings.

All payments are subject to these terms.

No refunds will be issued after April 15, 2027
Under any circumstances, including but not limited to non-attendance, cancellation, scheduling conflicts, illness, visa problems, immigration issues, or change of plans.

Any refunds approved on or before April 15, 2027, may be subject to applicable processing or administrative fees (approximately 30%).
