Registration Options
※ According to the paper author rate policy, one registration fee covers only one accepted paper. However, one author must register at the full conference rate, and the second accepted paper under the same author will receive a 50% discount (Please contact Hana at Hyacintha.lee AT svcsi.org).
Early-bird registration Deadline: March 30, 2026.
After the early-bird registration deadline, the cost will be increased.

You can send your registration fee through Electronic Wire Transfer to save your transaction fee. Please contact Hana Lee (CFO, Hyacintha.lee AT svcsi.org) about the information.
Main Conference (Papaer Authors/Regular Users)
Includes access to main conference sessions including all other sessions and three meals.

Workshop/Tutorial Registration (One or Two Days)
Includes access to only workshops and tutorials on a specific date excluding other programs like hackathons, research forums, panels, industry talks, etc.

Extra Page Charges
Authors are allowed up to 8 body pages in the proceedings, including references and an artifact evaluation appendix (if accepted). You can purchase up to two(2) non-reference additional $100 during the registration process.

[Attention] Refund Policy
All payments are subject to the following terms:

No refunds will be issued after March 30, 2025, under any circumstances, including but not limited to non-attendance, cancellation, scheduling conflicts, illness, or change of plans.

Any refunds approved on or before March 30, 2025 may be subject to applicable processing or administrative fees (approximately 35%).
