From proposal to stage

Propose your talk
Fill out the Google form during one of the submission cycles. Include:

Talk title

Speaker name, title, organization, and contact information

Abstract, up to 1 page: the talk, key topics, and practical relevance

Get invited
We'll email you an acceptance notification within several weeks of your proposal. Invited speakers then first register for SVCC 2027 by their cycle's registration deadline. And then, you can submit your talk abstract on EasyChair by Feb. 27, 2027.

Present
Each selected speaker gets a 30-minute slot to present in person at SVCC 2027. Speaking opportunities are limited.

Publish your talk in the proceedings
Invited speakers can submit an extended abstract ( up to 2 pages) of their talk through the SVCC 2027 EasyChair site. Abstracts go through a review similar to research papers, and only accepted abstracts are included in the SVCC 2027 proceedings through IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
