Industry Talks

Bringing Innovative Cybersecurity Technologies to Silicon Valley

SVCC 2027 invites industry leaders, cybersecurity practitioners, technology innovators, and experts to participate in our Industry Speaker Sessions. These talks provide a platform to share real-world experiences, practical solutions, emerging technologies, and forward-looking perspectives on the most pressing challenges in cybersecurity.

Industry Talks offer a unique opportunity to showcase your expertise, connect with researchers and cybersecurity professionals, and inspire the next generation of cybersecurity innovators. Speakers can highlight practical case studies, lessons learned, innovative technologies, and strategies that are shaping the future of cybersecurity.

Talk Proposal

We welcome proposals on a broad range of cybersecurity topics, including emerging threats, AI and cybersecurity, cloud and network security, software and hardware security, digital forensics, cyber resilience, privacy, and other timely industry challenges.

Submission Guidelines

  • Proposal Form: Each prospective speaker must complete the designated Google Form during the applicable submission cycle.

  • Invitation Required: Only invited speakers may submit their industry talk paper to the SVCC 2027 EasyChair submission site.

  • Proceedings Submission: Invited speakers may submit their industry talk paper for review and potential publication in the conference proceedings.

  • Submission Deadline: The final deadline for industry talk paper submission is February 28, 2027.

Proposal Requirements

  • Talk title

  • Speaker name, title, organization, and contact information

  • Abstract (maximum 1 page) describing the talk, key topics, and practical relevance

  • Presentation: Each selected speaker will have 30 minutes for an in-person presentation and must register for SVCC 2027; speaking opportunities are limited.

Publication Opportunity

Selected industry speakers will have the opportunity to submit an extended abstract of their talk for publication in the SVCC 2026 Conference Proceedings. Submitted abstracts will undergo a review process similar to the research paper review process, and only accepted abstracts will be included in the proceedings. Publication is optional and subject to acceptance through the review process.

  • Proposal Deadline: December 20, 2026 (Firm Deadline)

  • Registration Deadline: January 30, 2026

Second Submission Cycle

  • Proposal Deadline: February 27, 2026 (Firm Deadline)

  • Registration Deadline: March 30, 2026

Speakers will receive an acceptance notification by email within  several weeks of submitting their proposal. Submission may close early if all available speaking slots are filled.
